Pakistan Set for Colombo After Perfect Qualifier Run
As part of the Hybrid Venue model announced by the ICC last year, all of Pakistan had to go through the qualifiers to secure a World Cup spot and they did it in style, winning all 8 matches in the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifier held in Pakistan earlier this year.
Their campaign begins against Bangladesh on October 2, followed by a high-profile clash with India on October 5. Pakistan will then face defending champions Australia on October 8, England on October 15, New Zealand on October 18, South Africa on October 21, and finally Sri Lanka on October 24.

Oct 2: vs Bangladesh
Oct 5: vs India
Oct 8: vs Australia
Oct 15: vs England
Oct 18: vs New Zealand
Oct 21: vs South Africa
Oct 24: vs Sri Lanka
If Pakistan qualifies for the knockout stage, they will continue to play all their matches, including the final on November 2 in Colombo. However, if Pakistan fails to qualify, the knockout matches and final will take place in India as originally scheduled.
