Karachi Kings (KRK) will take on Peshawar Zalmi (PSZ) in match number 11 of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL 2025) on Monday, April 21. The Kings have played two games and have won two games. Meanwhile, Zalmi has played three games, won one game, and lost two games. Zalmi is currently placed second last in the points table and needs a win against KRK to get their campaign back on track.

The Zalmi lost their opening game against the Quetta Gladiators (QTG) by a huge margin of 80 runs. However, the team bounced back in style by beating the Multan Sultans (MS) by a thumping margin of 120 runs.

While the Zalmi' have found some rhythm by beating QTG, the skipper Babar Azam's form is a huge concern. In the three matches that he has played, he has scores of 0, 1 and 2 runs. The skipper is woefully out of form and is desperate to get back to runs as his place in T20Is is being questioned due to his intentless batting. However, barring the skipper's poor form, Zalmi's overall batting has been a huge letdown as they have registered scores of 136 and 141 runs in their two losses.

Meanwhile, the KRK have looked solid with bat in hand as they have scored 236 runs in their first game against the Sultans. The Kings' bowling has looked a bit off-color, as the likes of Hasan Ali, Adam Milne, Fawad Ali, and Abbas Afridi are yet to fully hit their straps. The Kings' batting is solid, with James Vince, David Warner, and Khushdil Shah in good form.
